Kalis F. Kozak, Sr., 78, of Stewartsville, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at home. He was born July 31, 1940 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Frank and Jane (Pietrzak) Kozak.

Kalis was a retired auto mechanic.

Surviving are his children; Kalis F. (Meachelle) Kozak, II of Charlotte, N.C., Kevin F. Kozak, Debra A. Beaver and Robin Rose of Oregon.

Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, Saturday, July 6, 2019 from 11 a.m. until time of a Memorial Service at 12:00 noon with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
