Karen E. Hemphill 61, of Bellaire passed away Friday October 14, 2022, at Forest Hills Rehabilitation Center St. Clairsville. She was born January 20, 1961, in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Ray E. and Martha (Hartley) Bittner, and John E. and Dorothy (Niewiski) Tokar.

She was a Catholic by faith, and a retired waitress and cook.

Karen is survived by her husband Daniel Hemphill, her children Mario Lombardo and his fiancée Jessica Deleonard of Martins Ferry, and Melissa (Phil) Bentz of Akron, her grandson Daniel Tottka of St. Clairsville, and her brother Dave (Marilyn) Tottka.

According to Karen's wishes there will be no visitation and private interment will be held at the convience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry, Ohio assisting the family.
