CALHOUN, Katherine, Kovalski, 51, of Mount Pleasant, Ohio passed Wednesday July 4, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bellaire, Ohio on March 18, 1961, a daughter of the late Martin and Ann Skolosh Kovalski. Katherine was a Lab Technician for Wheeling Hospital and a member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church, Dillonvale. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Marty and Richard Kovalski. Katherine is survived by two sons: Cody Calhoun, Kevin Calhoun; a daughter Kayla Calhoun; two sisters: Barbara Barsch and Rita (Joe) Ridener, all of Mount Pleasant; two brothers: James (Sandy) Kovalski of Mt. Pleasant and Mark (Kolleen) Kovalski of Mentor, Ohio; her companion Charles Call and her beloved dog Pepper. Katherine was blessed with one grandson Landon Calhoun. The family would like to send a special thank you to Wheeling Hospital, EORH and Medi Home Health Hospice and everyone who supported her throughout this journey. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday July 12, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Adalbert Catholic Church, Dillonvale with Msgr. John C. Kolesar, as celebrant.
