Katherine S. (Joseph) Bohrer, 76 of Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital surrounded by her family.  She was born on April 11, 1947, the daughter of the late Katherine "Katie" Joseph.

Katherine was a retired S.T.N.A. and worked at several medical institutions during her career.  She was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church of Martins Ferry, a proud graduate of Martins Ferry High School, class of 1965, she was an avid Bingo player, and loved her Pittsburgh Steelers.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 41 years, Randall Bohrer, of Martins Ferry, 2 sons, Stephen (Stacy) Carpino of Yorkville, Boyd (Barbara) Carpino of Martins Ferry, 2 daughters, Jodi (Jeff) Oberdick and Lori (Michael) Brown both of Martins Ferry, 9 grandchildren, Boyd, Michael, Devin, Kent, Stephen and Lyndsi Carpino, Jeffery and Shaina Oberdick and Cole Leach Brown and 8 great-grandchildren complete the family.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.  Funeral Service will be Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 11am at the Heslop Chapel, with Pastor Mark Carpino officiating.
