Katherine Vivian (Zercher) Schnelle, 84, of Bridgeport, died Saturday December 27, 2008, at East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born October 1, 1924 in Washington, PA, the daughter of the late Frank and Vivian Bert Zercher and Earl and Katherine Bert Zercher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles L. Schnelle; a son, Keith Schnelle; a daughter, baby Schnelle; two brothers, Earl Zercher Jr. and Albert Zercher; and a sister, Mary Kitchen. Katherine is survived by a son, Earl (Christina) Schnelle of St. Clairsville; a daughter Kathy (Sidney) Hercules of Dillonvale; five grandchildren, Charles A. and Kristina Schnelle, Nathan (Amy) Hercules, Katie (J.J.) Watson, Kelsie (Scott) Hinton; and six great grandchildren, Kirsten and Kendal Hercules; Sydnie, Hunter and Emma Kathryn Watson and Wyatt Hercules.
