Kathryn Ann "Kay" Bettineschi, 87 of Good Shepard Nursing Home Wheeling, formerly of Dillonvale died Saturday October 6, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born March 8, 1931 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Frank Sr. and Catherine (Dorsey) Hutkai.

She was a member of St Adalbert's Catholic Church Dillonvale, where she sang in the choir. And the American Legion Aux.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband John R. Bettineschi Sr. in 2009, a brother Frank Hutkai Jr., and a sister Ronelda Auten.

Kay is survived by her children Dr. John R. "Rob" (Lori) Bettineschi Jr. of Beavercreek OH, Jeff (Janet) Bettineschi of Brilliant, OH, and Jayne (Sam) Novick of McMechan, WV, five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at St. Adalbert's Catholic Church Liberty St. Dillonvale on Tuesday October 9, 2018 from 9 till time of Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 11 am, with Msgr. John Kolesar as celebrant, interment in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
