Kathleen M. Garber 74 of Bridgeport passed away Wednesday December 15, 2020 at her home. She was born February 25, 1946 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of Margaret (Riddle) Kolb of Bridgeport and the late John Kolb. Kathy was a housewife and a Methodist by faith' She is survived by her siblings John (Janice) Kolb of California, Mike (Melissa) of Arizona, David (Evon) Kolb of Akron, Dan (Donna) Kolb of Moundsville, Chuck (Janice) Kolb, Margaret (Jeff) Kreiter , and Richard (Darla) Kolb all of Bridgeport, also several nieces and nephews.
