Kathryn Stein Kathryn Murrin Stein, 96, formerly of Sharon Rd., Colerain, OH died Wed., June 12, 2002 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville. She was born June 18, 1905 in Wheeling a daughter of the late James and Estella Vortle Murrin. Kathryn was co-owner of the former Stein Printing and a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, both of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband E. Russell Stein, and three brothers Nile, Kirk, and Frank Murrin. Surviving are two daughters Estella Ferrier and her husband Norman of Columbus and June Palmer Lucas and her husband Jim of St. Clairsville, a son William W. Stein and his wife Nancy of Inverness, FL, nine grandchildren Rob Ferrier, Laura Jean Ferrier, Norman J. Ferrier, Thomas R. Palmer, Anna Palmer Forse, Dana Stein, Debra Stein Deutsch, Diana Stein Hoelle, and Donna Stein, seventeen great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild. Friends will be received Fri. 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Sat., June 15, 2002 at 10:00 AM with Rev. James H. Sine officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
