Kathy L. (Alltop) Shultz, 69, of Martins Ferry, OH died Monday, July 29, 2019 at Greenville Memorial Hospital, Greenville, SC. She was born January 31, 1950 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Russell E. and Opal M. (Groves) Alltop.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers: Daniel and Russell Alltop.

Surviving are her husband, George P. Shultz, Jr., children; Tawnya Kidd of Toronto, OH, Scott (Lisa) Shultz of Hopedale, OH, Lisa (Mark) Vassey of Gaffney, SC, Chris (Diane) Shultz of Winterville, OH, Preston (Janet) Shultz of Weirton, WV and Brandy (Joe) Salah of Greenville, SC, brothers; William Alltop, Richard Alltop and Thomas (Aldaline) Alltop all of Martins Ferry, sister, Linda (Richard) Armstrong of The Villages, FL, eleven grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, Saturday August 3, 2019 from 2:00 pm until time of service at 6:00 pm with Rev. William Webster officiating. Interment at the convenience of the family.
