Kathy M. (Jones) Samuel, 70, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Thursday, February 27, 2020, at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born November 3, 1949 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Hughy E. and Ruth J. (Woods) Jones.

Kathy had retired from Wheeling Island Hotel - Casino -Racing.

Surviving are her daughters, Stacy (Mark) Kobuchi of Washington, PA and Shawn Lathem of Martins Ferry, her sister Doris (Lenny) Snyder of Martins Ferry, 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
