Kathy T. (Perez) Fletcher, 57, of Martins Ferry, OH died Friday, February 21, 2020 in Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born August 27, 1962 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Albert E. and Theresa L. (Konyha) Perez.

Kathy was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry and Martins Ferry Walking Club. She loved to cook for her family and friends.

Surviving are her siblings: Frank J. Perez, and Alberta Brown both of Martins Ferry and Linda Friend of Brilliant, OH, Aunt Shirley (Fred) Hertler of Pleasant Grove, OH nieces and nephews: George and Christopher Stan, Heather VanKirk, and Jessica Robinson, many cousins, several great nieces and nephews, and her beloved furry friend, Poncho.

Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, Monday, February 24, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Tom Marut officiating. Burial follows at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Condolences to the family may be made by signing the guest book at the top of this posting.
