Kelly L. (Collins) Stan, 44, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born July 26, 1968 in Glen Dale, WV a daughter of Nan (Speight) Collins and the late Alan "Dutch" Collins. She was preceded in death by her brother Michael Collins. Surviving in addition to her mother of Claysville, PA are her husband George C. Stan, two children; Jerry A. Stan and Katy M. Stan both of the home, three step-children; George A. Stan, Christopher A. Stan, and Danielle N. (Chad) (Stan) Kyle all of Martins Ferry, two sisters Maggie (Chris) Saseen of Valley Grove, WV and Carol (Gary) Meadows of Pittsburgh, PA, a brother Alan (Cindy) Collins of Pittsburgh, aunts and uncles; Allan and Sharon Combs of Moundsville, WV, Lois Collins of Pittsburgh and Harley and Jo Ann Grove of Odum, GA, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 at 10:00 am with Rev. John P.
