Kenneth A. Scheehle, Jr., 71, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Friday, January 4, 2019, at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. He was born January 21, 1947 in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Kenneth A. and Manila (McAninch) Scheehle, Sr.

Ken retired as Service Director for the City of Martins Ferry, and was a former Board Member of Martins Ferry Schools, former school teacher, and a supervisor for the Martins Ferry Plant of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel. He was a Methodist by faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Sherman Scheehle.

Surviving are his wife, Mary (Goski) Scheehle, his children: Darlene (Tim) Ford of Lewis Center, OH, Kendra (Pat) Foley of Waynesville, OH, Marja Stehling of Union Grove, WI, and Shayna Scheehle of Charleston, SC, his sister, Donna (Jerry) Crow of St. Clairsville, OH, and his grandchildren, Madyson (Andy) Stocksdale, McKenna Ford, Loren, Jenna, and Sean Foley, and Sydney and Cole Stehling.

Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Monday, January 7, 2019 from 5-7 p.m, where services will be held at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Tom N. Thomas officiating.
