Laura L. (Fowler) Wilson, 81, of Bridgeport, OH died Thurs. Jan. 25, 2007 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH. She was born Mar. 3, 1925 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Charles F. and Rosa M.(Hood) Fowler. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Shorty" Wilson, a son William T. Wilson, a daughter Judith Clevenger, a grandson Robbie Clevenger, a brother William J. Fowler, and a sister Margaret Jane Baker. Laura was a former employee of Amtrak. Surviving are a son Robert N. Wilson of Bridgeport, OH, a sister Emma Moore of Redondo Beach, CA, two grandsons Rusty and Michael Clevenger, and nine great grandchildren. Friends will be received Monday, Jan. 29, 2007 from 11 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH with Rev. Thomas N. Thomas officiating.
