LaVelle M. Lloyd 93 of Westwood Drive St. Clairsville, formally of Sunset Heights Bridgeport, died Wednesday September 29, 2010 at her home. She was born August 2, 1917 in Wittmore West Virginia, a daughter of the late Warren and Mary Susan Smith Marshall. She was a member of the former West Bridgeport Methodist Church, and the Thoburn United Methodist Church St. Clairsville, the Belmont County Parent Council for Retarded Citizens, Board of Habilitation Center, Board of School of Hope, and the Bridgeport Women's Club. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John (Jack) Lloyd, two sons Chris T., and Barry E. Lloyd, two sisters Evelyn M. Munn, and Ruby M. Rambo. Surviving are two, sisters Kathleen M. Tucker of Staunton Va. And Jeannette Halloran and her husband Jack of St. Clairsville. Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday October 9, 2010 at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio. Entombment will be held at Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.
