Lawrence L.  Tingler, 71 of Bridgeport passed away suddenly at his home on Friday, August 9, 2024.  He was born February 9, 1953, in Wheeling, WV, the son of the late Lawrence L. "Pete" and Mary (Nagy) Tingler.

He retired from Enlow Fork Consol Coal Company and was a semitruck driver for the Hillandale Egg farm.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 47 years, Deborah (Taylor) Tingler, children, Lawrence L. (Julie) Tingler, III of Bridgeport, Brian (Kim) Tingler of Bethesda, Sarah (Casey) Staker of Florida, grandchildren, Alexis, Madison, Lawrence IV, Noah, Makenna, Lydia, Vivian, Charles and Amelia, twin sister, Mary Rose (Troy) Amie of Colerain.

Family and Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935 on Monday, August 12, 2024, from 2-6pm. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 11am at the funeral home, with Pastor Justin Hill officiating. Burial to follow at the Farmington Cemetery, Bridgeport.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the donor's choice in memory of Lawrence.
