SHOULDERS, Lee Roy Sr., 61, of Clearlake Calif., died Sunday August 10, 2008 at the home of his daughter, in Adena, Ohio. He was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on April 5, 1947, a son of Pearl Cook of Rayland, Ohio and the late Roy Shoulders. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ernest and Elsie Lantz Cook; a brother David Shoulders; and a nephew Ronald W. Shoulders Jr. a brother, David Shoulders. In addition to his mother, he is survived by four brothers; Don Shoulders and his wife Cindy of Mingo Junction, Ronald Shoulders of Adena, Paul Shoulders and his wife Debbie of Rayland, Thomas Shoulders and Cindy Slimbosky of Tiltonsville; three sisters, Jane Battles and her husband Ed of Mt. Pleasant, Carol Shoulders, Darlene Workman and her husband David of Simpson WV; a son Lee Roy Shoulders Jr. and his wife Becky of Dillonvale; a daughter Angela Crawford of Adena; along with four grandchildren, Jessica and Shawn Shoulders, Tyler Lowe and Corey Shetler along Laura Thomas.
