Leenora M. (Briggs) Benline, 89, of Lancaster, OH. formerly of Yorkville and Martins Ferry, OH, died Friday, November 6, 2015. She was born October 9, 1926 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Joseph E. Briggs Sr. and Iva (Watson) Briggs. She retired from Premix of Lancaster and was a member of the Christian Fellowship of Lancaster and Weyer Chapter #515, Order of Eastern Star of Centerville, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband of 56 years, William E. Benline, Sr., her daughter Debra Tucker, sisters; Sarah Oboza and Ruth Cochran, and a brother, Joseph E. Briggs, Jr. Surviving are her sons; William E. (Paula) Benline, Jr. of St. Clairsville, OH, Joseph B. (Diana) Benline, Sr. of Steubenville, OH and Francis L. Benline of Columbus, OH, a sister Edna Dickerson of Lancaster, seven grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild. Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Sunday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Monday, November 9, 2015 from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11:00 a.m. with Brother Ron Cox officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. Eastern Star services will be held Sunday at 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
