Leila C. Plagman Leila C. (Draves) Plagman, 70, of Indiana St., Martins Ferry, OH, formerly of Fremont, OH died Sun., August 17, 2003 at the home of her sister. She was born Dec. 26, 1932 in Fremont a daughter of the late John and Beatrice (Hetrick) Draves. She retired from the Richards Town and Country Clothing of Fremont and was a Lutheran. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Benny Plagman. Surviving are a sister Coral A. Bruney and her husband Edward "Pepper" of Martins Ferry, a brother Richard Draves of Fremont, and a niece Paula Bruney. Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH, Tue., Aug. 19, 2003 at 1:00 PM when Rev. William O. Webster will officiate.
