Gaul, Lena, 104, of Sunset Heights Bridgeport, died on Friday July 26, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 28, 1909 in Dillonvale, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Ostodi) Polgar. She was retired from the former Wheeling Stamping, and a member of the ladies auxiliary of the Sunset Heights Fire Dept. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband William Gaul in 1998, two sons Edward Anthony, and Robert Gaul, three sisters Mary Toth, Margaret Primovic, and Edith Mercer. Lena is survived by her daughters Barbara (George) Roberts of Martins Ferry, Debbie (Randy) Bartlett of Triadelphia and Roxanne Gaul of Bridgeport, a daughter-in-law Shari Gaul of Tiltonsville, two grandchildren Sharon (Tom) Bovalina, and Bob (Karry) Roberts, four great grandchildren Collin Bovalina, Corey (Desiree) Bovalina, Aubrey, and Kaylee Roberts. Friends are invited to a celebration of Lena's life on Sunday July 28, 2013 from 12-3 and 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside, where services will be held on Monday at 1 pm with Rev. William O. Webster officiating, interment in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.
