Leona M. Morse 91, of Dillonvale passed away Saturday December 11, 2021, at Wheeling Hospital. She was born August 25, 1930, in Mount Pleasant, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Karasack) Sowers.

She was a retired supervisor for the former Kellar Glove Factory in Martins Ferry, she was head site master for Prime Time for Dillonvale Senior Center. She was also Manger for meals on wheels in Dillonvale.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Charles Jack Morse Sr in 2014, a son Bill Ray Morse in 2011, a great grandson Adam Miller, also several brothers and sisters.

Leona is survived by her children Charles Jack (Mona) Morse Jr of Harrisville, and Kimberly Tomisin of Dillonvale, her daughter-in-law Janice Morse of Dillonvale, a sister Tish (Frank) Vincenti of Little Elm TX, her adopted daughter Linda McLaughlin, 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 154 Second Street Dillonvale on Thursday December 16, 2021, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where services will be held on Friday at 11 am with Rev. James Hoff officiating, interment in Holly Memorial Gardens Cemetery Pleasant Grove.
