Leonard T. Bowers Jr., 77, of Bridgeport, OH died August 10th, 2017 at his home. He was born January 4, 1940, a son of the late Leonard and Anna (Letusick) Bowers. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local #33, Masons, Bridgeport Foresters, Cave Club, Sportsman Club, former Bridgeport American Legion, former Bridgeport Eagles, and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Leonard is survived by his wife, Vickie; his children, Leonard T. Bowers III, Letty (Randy) Coast, Leonard (Dee) Bowers, Josh (Kathy) Bowers, and Lynette (Matt) Pearson; grandchildren, Brittiney, Lexi, Nick, Taylor, Becca, Karlee, and Lilli; and great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Cruz, and Cali. Friends will be received Sunday, August 13th from 1-6pm at Wilson Funeral Home, Bridgeport. A Veterans service will be conducted by the Belmont County Veterans Association at 2pm. Funeral service will be at 6pm with Pastor Ernie Edgell officiating. Private interment at the convenience of the family.
