Leota J. (Bushner) Morris, 72, of Martins Ferry, OH died Monday, August 22, 2016 at her home. She was born December 18, 1943 in Glen Dale, WV. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Morris and her brother, Joseph Bushner. Surviving are her children, Brian (Elizabeth) Kittle of Bellaire, OH, Annette Grey of Moundsville, WV and Robert "Butch" (Debbie) Kittle of Moundsville, WV.
