Leota (Fletcher) Singer, 86, of Concord St., Martins Ferry, OH died Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Dec. 11, 1920 in Cambridge, OH the daughter of the late John and Mary (Stewart) Fletcher. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers John, Paul, and Ronald Fletcher. Surviving are her husband Albert V. Singer, two daughters Linda (Rudolph) Fontana of San Antonio, TX and Mary-Lynn (Bob) Hadzima of Martins Ferry, four grandchildren Rodney A. and Ryan R. Fontana and Christopher and Kim Hadzima, and two great grandchildren Reid and Rylan Fontana. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, Wednesday 5-8 PM and Thursday, April 19, 2007 from Noon until time of services at 1:00 PM with Rev. Dr. Bill N.
