Leroy J. Tice, 85 of Edgington Lane, Wheeling, WV, formerly of Crawford St., Martins Ferry, OH died Tues., Oct. 26, 2004 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Wheeling. He was born Sept. 28, 1919 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Elbert J. and Ada Mae (Jenkins) Tice. He was retired from Ohio Power Co. of Steubenville and a member of the Grace Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry, and a veteran of the U.S. Army WWII where he fought in the Battle of the Bulge. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary L. (Dornan) Tice, and a sister Edith Tulbure. Surviving are a nephew Warren (Margaret) Calissie of Wheeling, two nieces Claudette Theiss of Wheeling and Gail (Thomas) Blust of Brookside, a great nephew Tom Blust, and several great nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Fri., Oct 29, 2004 at 11:00 AM at Linwood Cemetery , Blaine, OH with Rev William O. Webster officiating.
