Linda Sue Kotlas, 70, of Rayland died June 28th, 2017 at home. She was born May 15, 1947 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Millard P. and Emily (Heldefer) Dyson. Linda was a former employee of Edgen Murray, and worked at Ferry Hardware for 25 years. She is survived by her children; Robert (Caroline) Kotlas of Harrison, OH, Michael (Margaret J.) Kotlas of Sheridan IN; grandchildren, Colleen Kotlas, and Michaele Gambrall; and her companion William Monahan of Martins Ferry. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 11am at the First Christian Church, 710 S. Zane Highway, Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
