LINDA LEONARD-SURY, 55, formerly of Shadyside, died Monday, March 30, 2009 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg, WV. She was born August 8, 1953 in Williamson, WV, the daughter of the late Clinton and Mary (Collins) Rice. She retired from the cafeteria and as a bus driver for the Bellaire City School District. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband John J. Leonard. Linda is survived by her husband Ronald Sury of Parkersburg; a daughter Johnetta Yaegel and her husband Cy of Florence, KY; a son Jason Booth and his wife Kelly of Bridgeport; two brothers Doug Rice of Mill Creek, KY and David Rice of Naugatuck, WV; six sisters Juanita ""Sissy"" Riffe of Louisa, KY, Nancy Curry of Armstrong Mills, OH, Mae Houston of Bethesda, OH, Brenda Hall of Logan, WV, Beverly Dean of Milton, WV and Dee Dee Bias of Chapmansville, WV; as well as six grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday 3 - 8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, Ohio, with Vigil services being held at 3:15 pm. Visitation will then be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 am until the time of Linda's funeral services at 1 pm with Father Gene Mullett officiating.
