Linda K. (Runnion) Rupp, 65, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 at Forest Hills Retirement Community, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born July 11, 1947 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Clarence and Alberta (Hungerman) Runnion. Linda was a former employee of the Dutch Henry's Bar in Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Karen S. Bishop and Joyce Jackson and two brothers Robert Runnion and Clarence "Bud" Runnion. Surviving are her daughters; Penny (Dave Misenhelder) Runnion and Brenda (Mike Ickler) Campbell both of Martins Ferry, sisters; Patsy (Ken) Speidel of St. Mary's, WV, Phyllis (Richard) Easton of Wheeling, WV, and Vickie (Willie) Kettler of Warwood, WV, four grandchildren; Nikisha Woolley, Michael Runnion, LaShae Campbell and Thomas Campbell, II and three great grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012 at 11:00 am with Rev.
