Lisa Ann Kiper 51, of Martins Ferry died Saturday March 7, 2015 at her home. She was born October 19, 1963 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of Mary V. (Coulter) Whitacre of St. Clairsville and the late John F. Whitacre. In addition to her father she is preceded in death by her brother Wayne Coulter. Lisa is survived by her daughter Virginia N. "Nicky" (James) Lucas of Fresno, Ohio, and a son James J. Kirksey of Bridgeport, also siblings: Joe (Vivian) Whitacre of Adena, John (Kathy) Whitacre Jr. of Morristown, Ronnie (Crystal) Whitacre of Blaine, and Marcia (Gary) Beck of Wheeling, her fiance Gerald "Bud" Staten Jr. and four grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Saturday March 14, 2014 from 11 am till time of memorial service at 1 pm, with Pastor Jean Cooper officiating.
