LLOYD W. ROBY, JR.

Quietly in the early morning of July 2, 2021, Lloyd W. Roby, Jr. passed away.  He was born in Hendrysburg, Ohio, December 20, 1946 to the late Lloyd W. Roby, Sr., and Velma I. Reed Roby.

Also preceding Lloyd in death was his loving wife of 52 years, Catherine Roby in January of 2021; brother, Richard Roby; and brother-in-law, John Higgins.

"Bumper Jack" as he was known to many, was a down-to-earth family man whose love for his family was always comforting and assuring.  Working for many years as a truck driver, this led Bumper Jack to the enjoyment of the open road and the contentment it gave to him.

Keeping memories near to their hearts are those who survive; daughters, Brenda (Thomas) Weekely of Bethesda, Lisa (Keith) Lenevich of Belmont; son, Lloyd (Lisa) Roby, III; grandchildren; Kara (Mark), Kylie (James), Keilana, and Hailey; great-grandchildren, Hallie and Alaina; sisters, Linda (Harry) Grimes of Barnesville, Bonnie Higgins of Bethesda, Linda Roby of Belmont; and brother, Buster Roby of Hendrysburg.

In keeping with the wishes of Lloyd, there will be no visitation or service.  Interment will take place privately at the convenience of his family.
