Lois Marjorie Ann (Blum) Baker, 85, of Martins Ferry, Ohio, passed Friday June 30, 2017 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born in Wheeling, WV, on December 15, 1931, a daughter of the late Herman and Anna Wodarcyk Blum. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Lois was a very well-known Tole Painter and a crafter in the Ohio Valley. She was a lover of all animals. and all people as well. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Donald Baker in 1996, a brother Elmer Blum; sisters: Betty Spence and Florajean Soult. Lois is survived by a daughter Cathy Baker of Hamilton, OH, a son Donald E. Baker of Martins Ferry; numerous nieces and nephews and her cats Frankie and Russell. Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio where services will be held Friday July 7, 2017 at 11:00.
