Neer, Sr., of Martins Ferry, three sons Harry Wilson of TX, David (Debbie) Hillman of Martins Ferry, and Howard L. ( Companion Sherry Glover) Neer, Jr., of Adena, OH, three daughters Norma (Melvin) Brown of Bridgeport, OH, Carrol and Sharon Neer both of Martins Ferry, OH.
