Lois Jean Conway Lois Jean (Briggs) Conway, 75, of Laipple St., Bridgeport, OH died Fri., Jan. 24, 2003 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Feb. 18, 1927 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Charles "Todd" and Maeda Mae (Henschel) Briggs She was a retired employee of C & P Telephone Company, Wheeling, WV, a member of the First Baptist Church, Martins Ferry and a 25 year member of Bridgeport Chapter # 452 O.E.S. Surviving are a daughter Carla Miller and her husband Charles of Bridgeport, a brother William Briggs, Sr. and his wife Jean of Colerain, and two grandchildren Todd and Candace Miller. Friends will be received Sun 12-3 & 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Mon., Jan. 27, 2003 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Joseph Sanders officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH
