Lois B. Collette Lois B. Staley Collette, 75, of Martins Ferry, OH died Mon., Mar. 31, 2003 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Long Term Care, Martins Ferry. She was born Apr. 27, 1927 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late George L. and Gladys M. Duke Staley. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death a brother Martin Staley. Surviving are her husband Frank Collette, three sons Tim (Diane) Collette of Troy, OH, Frank (Georgine) Collette of Hilliard, OH, and Chris Collette of New York, NY, a daughter Mary Ann Collette of Martins Ferry, a brother Jerry (Mary Evelyn) Staley of Martins Ferry , a sister Rose Mary (Roger) Gildow of Colerain, and three grandchildren Timothy Paul, Elizabeth Rose and Maria Michelle Collette. Friends will be received Tue. 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Wed., Apr. 2, 2003 at St. Marys Catholic Church at 10:00 AM with Rev. Thomas Magary officiating. Burial follows in St. Marys Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Rosary devotions will be recited Tue. at 3:00 PM followed by Wake services at 8:00 PM both in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
