LOLA J. BURCH, 72, of Martins Ferry, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at Cumberland Pointe Nursing Home in St. Clairsville. She was born March 6, 1936 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, the daughter of the late Phillip and Mabel Summers Deaton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Junior Leroy Burch, Sr.; a brother Chuck Deaton and two sisters Lillian Robinson and Eva Virtue. Lola is survived by four sons Robert of Mesa, AZ, Randy of Martins Ferry, Junior Leroy, Jr. of Wolfhurst and Timothy of Martins Ferry; two daughters Diana Watson of Cleveland and Tamatha Berry of Martins Ferry; four brothers Sonny Deaton of Florida, Larry Deaton of Martins Ferry, Dale Deaton of Maryland and Dave Deaton of Cincinnati; three sisters Naoma ""Toots"" Tennant of Bridgeport, Darlene Cika and Barbara Jako both of Martins Ferry; 48 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, where funeral services will be held Monday at 1pm with Reverend Van Fisher officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
