Lou Ann R. Lewis Lou Ann Rae Kelley Lewis, 32 of Minnesota Ave., Jacksonville, Fl, formerly of Deep Run, Martins Ferry, OH died Wed., July 8, 2003 at Shands Jacksonville Medical Center, Jacksonville. She was born July 5, 1971 in Martins Ferry a daughter of Tonya Kelley of Deep Run. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Prosper and Dolores Kelley. Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband Brian C. Lewis and two brothers John Simkovich of Bridgeport, OH and Edward Simkovich of Deep Run, OH. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, Mon. July 14, 2003 from 9:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM with Evangelist Earl Bailey officiating.
