Louis John "Jack" Schneider Jr., of St. Clairsville, OH, died on Monday, September 23, 2019, at Ohio Living Westminster Thurber in Columbus, OH. He was born December 3, 1927 in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Louis J. Schneider, Sr. and Neva B. (Eaglen) Schneider.

He retired from M.G.M.C. Medical Supplies. Jack was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Wheeling, WV and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary C. "Kay" Swan.

Surviving are his daughters; Debra Riggsby of Dayton, OH, and Faith Boynton of Lakewood, OH and his grandchildren; David Riggsby and Lainey Ostrowsky.

Friends will be received at Grace Lutheran Church, 16 Ridgecrest Rd, Wheeling, WV, Monday, October 7, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Timothy Spence officiating. Burial follows in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.

Full military honors will be presented by the Belmont County Veteran's Association at 10:30 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Grace Lutheran Church.
