Louise F. Welch, 84, of Carriage Inn of Cadiz, OH died Sunday November 30, 2008 at Trinity West Medical Center, Steubenville, OH.She was born April 7, 1925 in Friendship MD, the daughter of the late Edward L. and Mina L. (German) Paddy.Louise was a waitress in the Washingto D.C. area before retiring.In addition to her parents, Louise is preceded in death by a son Homer Whitlock and two husbands; Donald L Norris and John W. Welch.Surviving are her daughter, Sharon Moore and her husband William of Piney Fork, OH; three grandchildren, Jeannette Shepherd and her husband Joseph of Piney Fork, OH, Casey Moore and his wife Randi of Hopedale, OH Carl Whitlock and his wife Patty of Arkansas; along with eight great grandchildren.Family and friends will be received at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, OH on Tuesday December 2, from 5 pm until time of service at 7 pm with Rev.
