Luvada P. "Penny" Fuhr (Shue) 56, of Bellaire, Ohio died November 30, 2011 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. Luvada was born February 26, 1955, a daughter of the late Paul Rex and Lucie Mae (Helt) Shue. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a infant sister Cindy Nicole Shue. Luvada is survived by three children, daughters; Roseanna M. (Ownes) Kuprowicz of Brilliant, Ohio, and Hilda W. Owens-Day of Bellaire, Ohio, a son Michael R. Owens of Powhatan Point, Ohio. Two sisters Lucy M. Santee of Wheeling Island, W Va., and Susan K. Moore of Martins Ferry, Ohio, seven grandchildren, long time friend and priimary care physician Dr. Renato Dela Cruz M.D. and Wife, many nieces and nephews, and long time friends. She loved to play bingo and raised money for Easter Seals of Wheeling, and other charities. A Memorial service will be held at the First Christian Church in Martins Ferry, Ohio on Friday December 9, at 7:30 pm.
