BLACKER, Madge Marie, 80, of Martins Ferry, Ohio, passed Friday May 10, 2013 at OVMC, Wheeling, W. Va. She was born in Neffs, Ohio on March 1, 1933, a daughter of the late Charles J. and Blanche Davis Snyder. Madge was a member of the Kirkwood Presbyterian Church and a former Volunteer at OVMC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lowell E. Blacker; brothers: Edwin, Francis, John, James and Donald Snyder; and a sister Lena Orn. Madge is survived by a son Brent and his wife Melanie Blacker of Bridgeport; a daughter: Judith ?Judy? Kralovic and her husband Frank of Murrysville, PA., two grandchildren: Jesse (Terra) Blacker of Brookside, Ohio and Dr. Kara Blacker of Philadelphia, PA., four great-grandchildren: Brady, Caden, Mila and Ethan Blacker all of Brookside. Friends will be received Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where services will be held Tuesday May 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. David Demarest, officiating. Interment will follow at Weeks Cemetery, Bridgeport, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Sunset Heights Fire Department or Kirkwood Presbyterian Church.
