Marcella L. (Richardson) Young, 95, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died July 18, 2016 at Hillspring Nursing Home, Springboro, OH. She was born Jan. 3, 1921 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Smith and Mary V. (Ochsenbein) Richardson. She was retired from the First Christian Church, Martins Ferry were she was also a member. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert A. Young, Sr., brothers; Robert J., Jack, George and Edgar Richardson, and sister, Madalyn Ronshausen. Surviving are her children; Herb (Gale) Young, Jr. of Gahanna, OH and Claudia (Robert) Jones of Waynesville, OH, grandchildren; Aimee (Bill) Morris of Franklin, OH, Mike (Keri) Young of Delaware, OH, Krista McNeice of Waynesville, and Mike (Gretchen) Jones of Centerville, OH., ten great children and one great great grandchild. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry July 23, 2016 from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m. Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
