MARGARET BAUERS, 91, formerly of Barton, died Friday, March 14, 2008 at her residence at Homewood Retirement Center in Williamsport, MD. She was born march 8, 1917 in Barton, the daughter of the late John and Sofi Kapral Yasenchak. Margaret was a member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church in Barton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harold Bauers in 1983 and a sister Martha Yoder. Surviving are a son Harold Bauers of Martinsburg, WV; sister Catherine Bilica of Parma, OH; two grandchildren, Robert Bauers of Waynesboro, PA and Belinda Wilmer of Martinsburg, WV; two great grandchildren Damien and Lauren Wilmer of Martinsburg, WV. Visitation will be Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, with Parastas Service being held at 7 pm. The Panachida will be held Wednesday at 9:15 am at the funeral home followed by the Funeral Service at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Barton at 10 am with Father Michael Kabel officiating. Interment will follow at St. Nicholas Orthodox Cemetery in Barton.
