BLASCHALK, Margaret Virginia Bray, 87, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, died Monday January 3, 2011 at Country Club Manor, Steubenville, Ohio. Margaret was born in Empire, Ohio on July 19, 1923, a daughter of the late Henry and Mary Griffith Bray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Blaschalk in 2008, and her sister Marilyn Stevenson. Margaret was the co-owner of Blaschalk Funeral Home, a member of Harmony Methodist Church, Eastern Star, Mingo Lions Club and White Shrine. Surviving are two nieces: Rosemary Dorff and her husband Sam of Johnstown, Ohio, and Marilyn Roush and her husband Jeffrey of Bloomingdale, Ohio; a special friend, Gina Cornelius Wright of Sumter, SC.; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Margaret and Floyd Wright; close friends, Sandy Cornelius and Judy Eddy, and several great nieces, nephews and her beloved cat ?Oscar?. Friends will be received Friday from 5-8 p.m. at Blaschalk-Wilson Funeral Home, 115 Union Avenue, Mingo Junction, Ohio where services will be held Saturday January 8, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Sam Davis, officiating.
