Margaret R. Hails Margaret R. (Hackathorn) Hails, 85, of Wheeling, WV died Wed., Mar. 12, 2003 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born Sept. 17, 1917 in Wheeling a daughter of the late Harry F. and Ida Mae Timmins Hackathorn. She was retired from the Bridge Tavern & Grill, Wheeling. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George W. Hails, four brothers Franklin, Donald, Gene, and Harry A. Hackathorn, three sisters Elizabeth Willis, Evelyn Specht and Anna Marie Bigos. Surviving are five daughters Phyllis Taylor Seither of DeBary, FL, Dee Harsher Carone of Wheeling, Georgia Arnold Cosner of DeBray, FL, Marjorie Saytor of Warwood, WV and Betty (John) Butler of Mingo Junction, two sisters Wanda Radzik of Euclid, OH and Bonnetta Bregy of Willoughby, OH and nineteen grandchildren, thirty-five great grandchildren, and nine great great grandchildren. Friends will be received Sun. 12-9 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Mon., Mar. 17, 2003 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Tom Thomas officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
