Margaret Linda Mercer, 65, of Wheeling, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 in her residence.  She was born on June 21, 1955 in Philadelphia, PA a daughter of the late Francis and Wilhelmina (Odwier) Ketchum.  She enjoyed baking, cooking, music and spending time with her family.

Margaret is survived by her son, Jeremy (Nicole) Anspach; a daughter, Christina Anspach; a brother, Frank Ketchum; 3 sisters, Mary Ketchum, Kate (Glen) Shaw and Joyce Ketchum; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Mercer; 2 brothers, Jon and James Ketchum and a sister, Janet Fullmer.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic all services will be private.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.
