Margaret L. Laipple, 88 of St. Clairsville, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021, at her home.  She was the daughter of the late Thomas E. and Marion (Cullen) Stewart.  She was born March 14, 1933, in Wheeling, WV.

She was preceded in death by her infant son.

Margaret was a retired school Teacher for the Union Local School System, and member of the Christ the King Lutheran Church, St. Clairsville, Ohio.

She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years Robert L. Laipple of St. Clairsville, Ohio.  Margaret is also survived by her children, Donald (Beth) Laipple of Fort Wayne, IN, David (Pat) Laipple of Westerville and daughter Debbie Laipple of Westerville, Grandchildren, Emily (Stefan) Routt, Molly (Sean) Miller Brian (Krystal) Laipple, Stephanie (Cole) Marburger, Eric (Sarah) Laipple and Christopher Laipple.  Great-grandchildren, Oliver, Linley and Davis Miller, Sawyer Routt, Eleanor and Everett Laipple, Elyse and Bennett Marburger and Addison Laipple.

Friends may call at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport, Ohio Wednesday, August 25, 2021, from 11:00 till time of services at 1:00pm with the Rev. Nancy DeStefano officiating, interment in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
