Obituary

Margaret Ann LaCross, 63, of Rayland passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025, at WVU/Wheeling Hospital surrounded by her family.  She was born April 9, 1962, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late Thomas and Betty (Applegarth) Lynn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Daniel J. LaCross.

She retired from ABC Lawn Care business office as a secretary and previously worked at the US Bank of Yorkville as a Teller and was a server and bartender at the Fairway 4.  She was a loving wife, mother, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.  Her spirit of charity and dedication was constant throughout her life.  She was fond of all animals, especially horses.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 23 years, David LaCross of Rayland, sons, David R. LaCross of Rayland and Stephen Spears of Yorkville, mother-in-law, Barbara LaCross, niece, Melissa Dillon and great-niece Morgan, her fur buddy "Red" and her favorite horse "Sham".

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second St., Dillonvale, OH 43917.  Funeral service will be Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 11am at the funeral home with Rev. James Monogioudis officiating.  Burial to take please immediately following the service at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH
