Margaret I. (Mackey) Sambuco, 90, of Main St., Florence, Martins Ferry, OH died Friday, Nov. 9, 2007 at home. She was born Mar. 9, 1917 in Harpersville, OH a daughter of the late David and Mary (Horvath) Mackey. She was an employee for the former Buckeye Cleaners, Martins Ferry, and a member of the former Martins Ferry Eagles Auxiliary and the former Hungarian Cultural Society. She was preceded in death by her husband Marcus Sambuco, two brothers Ernest and David Mackey and three sisters Theresa Pezel, Mary Becjzi and Katherine Fodor. Surviving are three sons Richard D. (Shirley) Sambuco of St. Clairsville, OH, Anthony J. Sambuco of Florence, OH and James (Roselee) Sambuco of Whitehall, OH, a brother Gabrielle (Elsie) Mackey of Florence, OH, seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Friends will be received Sunday, 12-3 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Monday Nov. 12, 2007 at 11:00 AM with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Colerain Emergency Squad, P.O.
