Margaret A. Richards Margaret A. "Peg" (Withers) Richards, 67, of Clinton St., Martins Ferry, OH died Tues., Nov. 11, 2003 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born Oct. 22, 1936 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Albert L. and Lillian (Geis) Withers. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Martins Ferry and active in the Elm Grove Rise and Shine Silver Bullets Bowling League. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Fred H. Richards and a brother Robert Withers. Surviving are a son Douglas Richards of Martins Ferry, a daughter Ann (Keith) Marling of Fayetteville, PA., five grandchildren Janice (Rick) Dalton, Amy (Bryan) Cockraft, Rhonda Richards, Melissa Richards and Mathew Richards and a great grandchild Nathaniel Dalton. Friends will be received Thurs. 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth , Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Fri. Nov. 14, 2003 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dr. Bill N. Lawrence officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH
