Margaret J. Laslo Margaret J. Petrash Laslo, 84, of N. 10th St., Martins Ferry, OH died Fri., May 10, 2002 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born Oct. 11, 1917 in McMechen, WV. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents Frank Petrash and Mary Huyter Petrash Vargo, her stepfather Lou Vargo, three brothers Frank Petrash, and Lou and Steve Vargo, and two sisters Elizabeth and Ann Petrash. She was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker along with being a member of the Grace Presbyterian Church and the Hungarian American Cultural Society both of Martins Ferry. Surviving are her husband Daniel W. Laslo, three sons Daniel W. Laslo, Jr. and his wife Cynthia of St. Clairsville, Dave J. Laslo and his wife Joni of Martins Ferry, and Doug L. Laslo and his wife Mary Ann of Petaluma, CA, six grandchildren: Christina Laslo and her husband Robert Haer, Daniel Laslo, III and his wife Jessica, Jenea Cunningham, David Laslo, Jr., Kristina Camacho and her husband Adam, and Stephanie Laslo, three great grandchildren Jillian Laslo, and Lawrence and Lexiss Camacho. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service Mon. at 11:00 AM at the Grace Presbyterian Church, 400 Hanover St., Martins Ferry, OH with Rev. William O. Webster officiating.
